Can i eat LOTS of subway and still lose weight??
today i went there and got the following:
1ft long white bread, sliced turkey and provolone cheese, lettuce tomato mayo pickles and olives 1ft long boneless bbq rib on white bread, nothing on it but bbq sauce and provolone cheese. got the 2 meals so it came with free chips, i opted for a bag of frito's and a bag of cheddar harvest sunchips. 2 diet cokes. ok ill admit this sounds like lots of food, but isnt it better then my nornal meal: large McChicken meal with an extra quarter pounder with cheese sandwich. diet coke. the second option is less food, but isnt it more fattening? damn im such a pig lol

damn dude thats a whole lotta food... i cant eat that shit, and im pretty tall and got lots of muscle...
1ft long is enough for me... or 1 meal with one burger... Yes, I think the Mcdonalds is more fattening though... You dont fucking need the chips though, drop the chips, stick with the 2xft longs and start going down to 1xfoot long, and get WHEAT bread atleast dont be like my CHICK. |

i have no intent of putting any effort into LOSING weight, i just dont want to gain anymore lol seams as though im growing at a steady pace and i dont like the way i will look in a few years.

Ok besides what everyone has mentioned, white bread, mayo and cheese being bad, here is a news flash, EATING 1 MEAL A DAY IS VERY UNHEATLHY.
This is why, when you only eat once a day, your body, whether you actually feel it or not, is starving, it doesnt have the nutrients when it needs them, so it tries to conserve everything, it goes into fatigue mode and tries to burn as little carlories as possible so they will last. This means your metabolism slows down. Then you eat a large dinner, which is bad because you dont have time to burn off all of that energy, so you goto sleep and it becomes fat, etc. Then you wake up dont eat anything and once again your body goes into fatigue mode. So you shouldnt have a large dinner, you shouldnt eat late, and you should eat more often so that you increase your metabolism. Basically, you are doing the worst thing possible for yourself, you could only make it worse by replacing subway with McDonalds and fries. |

no wonder some of you are so big, seriously how can one even eat that much? i just ate a ham and pepperoni sandwich on regular white brad and i am full.... no way i could eat 2 foot longs, god damn thats a lot of food. but hey, knock it out if you can.

I used to eat a 12 inch subway sub everyday (1/2 at lunch, 1/2 at night) and I lost more than ever before. I was more active then though, but anyway... It was on white bread, had some turkey and another sliced meat I forget, provalone cheese, lettuce tomato and onion. NO MAYO or oils. Thats it.
The local subway called it a Subway Club, but their website lists a subway club as something different, so I dunno. You dont have to go all veggie though, just keep the mayo off and dont eat as much basically. And be active and good luck |

I ate nothing but subway every day for over 3 months. 1 1/2 turkey subs on wheat with lettuce, tomato, pickles and olives. I went from about 280 to 210. I also took xenical to prevent me from eating fatty foods on the side. I took vitamins and had a V-8 for breakfast too.
