anyhow is all that necesary? Can i not just cut down the carbs and basic intake, and i will lose weight?
for example instead of eating my regular meal at McD's lets say i eat only my turkey meal from above at subway ...
isnt that meal still less intake even though it has mayo and chips and tons of bread?
