Can i eat LOTS of subway and still lose weight??
today i went there and got the following:
1ft long white bread, sliced turkey and provolone cheese, lettuce tomato mayo pickles and olives
1ft long boneless bbq rib on white bread, nothing on it but bbq sauce and provolone cheese.
got the 2 meals so it came with free chips, i opted for a bag of frito's and a bag of cheddar harvest sunchips.
2 diet cokes.
ok ill admit this sounds like lots of food, but isnt it better then my nornal meal:
large McChicken meal with an extra quarter pounder with cheese sandwich. diet coke.
the second option is less food, but isnt it more fattening?
