Home cooked meals, yes.
Quality restaurant meals, hell no.. the reason quality restaurant food tastes so fucking good is that they use real butter, real cream and tons of other 'unhealthy' stuff that makes food taste gorgeous.

If you ment quality restaurant, as in diet-salad-bar then I agree
