I used to eat a 12 inch subway sub everyday (1/2 at lunch, 1/2 at night) and I lost more than ever before. I was more active then though, but anyway... It was on white bread, had some turkey and another sliced meat I forget, provalone cheese, lettuce tomato and onion. NO MAYO or oils. Thats it.
The local subway called it a Subway Club, but their website lists a subway club as something different, so I dunno.
You dont have to go all veggie though, just keep the mayo off and dont eat as much basically. And be active and good luck
