Ok besides what everyone has mentioned, white bread, mayo and cheese being bad, here is a news flash, EATING 1 MEAL A DAY IS VERY UNHEATLHY.

This is why, when you only eat once a day, your body, whether you actually feel it or not, is starving, it doesnt have the nutrients when it needs them, so it tries to conserve everything, it goes into fatigue mode and tries to burn as little carlories as possible so they will last. This means your metabolism slows down.

Then you eat a large dinner, which is bad because you dont have time to burn off all of that energy, so you goto sleep and it becomes fat, etc. Then you wake up dont eat anything and once again your body goes into fatigue mode.

So you shouldnt have a large dinner, you shouldnt eat late, and you should eat more often so that you increase your metabolism.

Basically, you are doing the worst thing possible for yourself, you could only make it worse by replacing subway with McDonalds and fries.
