Attention to webmasters. Candidclicks are deceivers. I was registered last summer. I performed them my resource. They agreed to accept traffic from this resource and accepted me to the programm. I did my work for 3 months. But I didn't order any checks because I wanted to collect payment for only one check. Unfortunately, no checks was sent to me. The support service didn't answer my 4 lettrs. I received replay only in 5 letters.The cause of unpayment is tortures on my resource. I think they are deceivers. They shouldn't accept me for this programm. They received from me traffic within 3 months and now refuse to pay.

He wasn't paid because he had words like "RUSSIAN RAPE", "DUTCH RAPE AND TORTURES", "BLOODY TORTURES", "PISSING and SHITTING" on his web site.

Our rules clearly state that such descriptions, material, and/or links are not allowed in our program.

Ask Lensman or 12clicks if they'd allow such traffic in their programs. They obviously won't.

When it comes to cheaters we take the same policy that Standard Internet and Adult.com takes. We don't notify them, we simply freeze their account and not pay. It is THEIR responsibility to read and understand the terms. I will not waste my time mailing cheaters. If you ran a sponsor program, you'd understand why.

Again, I think I made myself clear on this matter. We use the same anti cheater policies as Standard Internet and Adult.com.

When the account is frozen, it is still open but we hold all funds. If there are any buyers that are buying traffic on a per click basis from us, they are auto credited by our system for any fraud traffic. This does not apply to house sites, and buyers that pre pay on a commission basis.

In addition if anything illegal under Federal law is discovered, the proper authorities are contacted. In a court order we would also turn over the violator's account information thus this is why the account is frozen not terminated.

You don't seem to understand how this business works. Or any kind of business for that matter.

We don't want cheaters to know that we're on to them. Does the FBI stop a bunch of fraudsters right away? No of course not. They usually monitor them for years to collect more information.

We FULLY co-operate with the authorities on any and all matters that concern them. We give all account information and evidence as soon as a court order would be present.

Now Battus, I'm getting tired of repeating myself here. Like 12clicks said. Either you're siding with the cheaters, or you're still a newbie.

Anyways lets stop beating a dead horse here. Darkness cheated and we used standard anti cheater procedures. End of story.

If all sponsors would tell the cheaters their account is on hold, the cheaters can immediately open another account with another sponsor and cheating would be more profitable.

If you are naive enough to say such ludicrous statements, you are very new to this business. Getting accepted by The Hun for a year doesn't count either. There's a lot more to this business than just TGPs.

No my friend I am not wrong. Don't try to be an expert about running a webmaster program, because you're not.

Why are some of the biggest and most successful sponsors like adult.com and Standard Internet using these anti cheater policies? Because they work. Cheaters must be investigated carefully, and it doesn't help if you make it obvious to them that you know they cheated. They'll simply re-join your program again and cheat some more! Besides, we don't have time to personally contact rule breakers anyway.

Why do you think so many blind link programs went out of business or started paying for only English traffic while we and the other major sponsors are still around?

I'm working with candidclicks about three months. They accept traffic from my sites but they don't hurry to send payments.
My account doesn't blocked and i can see my stats and candidclicks agree to receive traffic in the future
I sent about three or four letters to [email protected] and still have no awnser.

I just want to say: I won't die without payments, but I think that if sponsor doesn't want to work with me, sponsor _must_ block an account but not just ignore advertisers. That's all.

The one post wonders are all coming out of the woodwork now!

First of all, on default we don't allow webmasters from Russia into our program.

Second, we did have a period where we let a few Russians in. It was a major disaster so we immediately killed the project. All legitimate Russian webmasters are still paid to this day though.

We reply to all legitmate webmasters. If you're not getting a reply or getting paid, it's a clue that you failed to cheat us.

We have over 1200 legitimate webmasters in our program now that get paid on time every time. We wouldn't be in business didn't pay anyone like these cheaters claim.

Contacting the FBI depends on the severity of the offense.

We also conduct internal investigations on each cheater to learn more about the cheater community.

That's called reducing shrinkage. Shrinkage is a little thing that honest consumers/webmasters have to make up the difference for by higher prices at retail stores or lower payouts by sponsors.

Who do you think pays these cheating webmasters checks?? The sponsor?? Get real, no business is in business to lose money, the consumer or webmaster in this case foots the bill.

I'll have to side with the sponsors on this matter. Put yourself in THEIR shoes. If you had a program with terms and conditions posted as to who sends you traffic and how they send it, then you catch someone that isn't following those rules, wouldn't you just get pissed off and say "Fuck em", ESPECIALLY if you already sent them money already.

I know that whenever I join up with a new sponsor, I look through their terms THOROUGHLY to make sure that I can follow them.

I do the same kind of things with my sites. I know that when someone signs up with one of my site's scripts and starts sending me traffic from their sites of off the wall niches or if they have a billion popups, I don't send it back to them, I just disable the trade and let them keep sending it to me. They know that they're trying to fuck me by giving me a bunch of shit traffic, while I'm returning decent quality stuff back to them, so why should I let them know ?

I guess to sum this up, it all goes back to following the rules. If you can't follow a sponsor's rules, don't join up with them. AND when in doubt on something, shoot the sponsor an email to ask them about it.

Again let me make this clear. We credit all of our per click buyers on all fraud traffic when the account is frozen. This doesn't apply to house and commision based buyers because it's simply not possible and there's no need for it.

And no it's not a lame excuse to keep an account open but frozen due to an investigation. Keeping the account open is very important because most of these halfwits refer more cheaters which makes our life easier. It also allows us to gather more information about them and their operation.

Besides most cheaters aren't child pornographers or rapists. Most of them are hitbot cheaters. We leave their account open too, despite the fact that their traffic is completely worthless and just hogs up server resources. Why? Because they provide valuable information.

Okay, I gave away enough trade secrets for today. Don't tell me how to run my business. This stuff is none of your business anyway.

If you didn't understand my example about the hitbot cheaters, than there's no hope for you.

It's not about taking the traffic. Trust me, if you look at the big picture there isn't much to take from them anyway. We use the same policies on all cheaters whether they are hitbot cheaters or rapists.

To the complainers...Don't cheat and you'll do just fine.
To anybody that doesn't run a program and bitches about cheaters being treated unfairly...shush please!

It's difficult for non-program operators to understand the problems, hassles, expenses, legal issues, and general PAINS IN THE ASS that cheaters cause. No matter if it's a free host, a sponsor program, a pay site, a hosting company, or any other service, cheaters always try to get "a little more" out of it. That "little more" might be $50, and it might be $50,000. No matter what it is, it comes out of yours and our pocket.

It sucks. It's a complete waste of time dealing with many of these people, because by the means of most of their methods, they don't obey the rules by which you and I survive. They are thieves. The rules are in place for reasons, if you don't like the rules, don't use the program. If you don't like the rules to all the programs, get out of the business.

And, Yes there are many exceptions to this. A miscommunication, a deleted file, a freehost putting a banned word in the header, or a half of dozen things can cause a problem...and many times the sponsor will recognize this for what it is...a mistake...and life will go on. But this is the exception.


I just hate to see honest people's time being wasted trying to defend their stance against cheaters. Why would that need defended?
