There are also sponsors that do play it fair and let you know when your account is on hold, like gammacash.
But I do think not letting webmasters know if their account is on hold is helping combat cheaters.
If all sponsors would tell the cheaters their account is on hold, the cheaters can immediately open another account with another sponsor and cheating would be more profitable.
