That's all. To my mind - not very remote from truth either. When one is experienced I too think that it's easier to profit from a partnership or signup proggie just because when You're not experienced You dont know how to sell Your traffic best and You sell it to click programms for a flat fee because they are experienced and know how to handle it for the best sales results, on the other hand when You are experienced enough You know Your traffic or Your sources of traffic and therefore You either know how to sell better the existing traffic to Your different sponsors which list You simply carefully select for better sales or You concentrate on one sponsor, define traffic sources which give best sales results for that sponsor and get rid of rest of traffic, and that's how You generate more money to Yourself in that case.

Havn't read everything here yet and I'm sure this has been said but I'm gona say it anyway cause I just have to be part of this huge thread. One topic seems to come through clear and it's recieving traffic from sites that have the hint of childporn promotion on them. I agree with the sponsers to not pay the accounts and keep them active - this costs the cheater money and time. But ANY sponser who POCKETS that money and doesn't turn it over to charity (and both sides of payment too, the sponser's profit and the affiliates profit from that traffic- minus basic business expensis which would only be a small portion) would be a TOTAL SKUMBAG and is JUST AS MUCH A PROMOTER of childporn as the cheating affiliate. Yes keep the account open and don't pay the idiot, but don't profit from it either. Make the effort to purge yourself of that bit of what can only be called pure Evil.
Those sponsers that make up excuses not to do this are not even fit to be called human.

which originally at the time of signup to CandidClicks according to the webmaster Darkness had only BDSM-Torture traffic.

BDSM-Torture is a completely legal niche as You probably know. Every known mainstream sponsor has fetish or BDSM paysites. From MaxCash to the rest of them known guys.

However even Torture traffic is not allowed at CandidClicks.

However the Darkness dude , probably because he is a bit of a newbie, was under the impression that sites get approved manually in CandidClicks and after he submitted it he started working on simple basis - "they manually approved me, therefore it's ok".

Later however he added pure rape fantasy traffic to his paintop.com which is also a clear Candid Clicks rule abusement.

He is not hiding that fact and says basicly a very simple thing "Why didnt You guys inform me that You not gonna pay and why dont You terminate my account and keep it open? So I send You more bucks I never gonna see?"

Now we come to a very simple fact, Darkness has abused Terms of Service (TOS) of Candid Clicks which is true and noone of us Russians here hides it so dont get us wrong please.

However here comes point 1:
There was absolutely NOTHING even remotely connected to anything younger than 18.
We despise child porn just like You do and even much much more so please refrain from such stupid and dangerous words.

Point2: His traffic was not illegal. Or to be exact may be it was - may be it wasnt , this has to proven if said so only by PROPER AUTHORITIES. CandidPublishing is no proper authority to identify what's legal or what's illegal except child porn of course, where the laws are pretty simple and the question of what's legal may be judjed by the content easily.

However Candid Publishing Terms of Service or agreement prohibits such traffic. Therefore there is no question if it is allowed by law or not. It is not allowed by Candid Clicks and that's enough. And no one of us webmasters from Russia here does hide the understanding of that fact or disagrees with it.
The only thing we'd like to point out - "it's not against the law, it's against Candid Clicks Terms of Service".

Point 3: By Candid Clicks Terms of Service which are DIFFERENT from StandartInternet's or ADULT.COM's there is no implementation of any kind that the account which is not terminated can be left active and not payed for.

Which in the end means a very simple thing - darkness violated Candid Clicks TOS but by leaving his account active and in the same time unpaid Candid Clicks violated their own TOS (the way it is written).

Point 4: Darkness has sent WRONG traffic for fucks sake, which is not cleary even illegal by far, and left UNPAID ON AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT which means that before he understood that checks wont come he generated money for monthes, be it a lousy sum anyway, and suffered a whole lot of rasism here.

Now if You ask me and take into consideration that both parties broke the same TOS, what's worse to send wrong traffic , not a fucking hitbot shit or Child Porn or to steal money and to steal it in a such a brutal way I'd vote that stealing money and insulting anyone that hard is much much worse and I beleive that honest webmasters are with me on that.

I'm also voting at the very least to donate this money to those who need it.

Here's my two cents worth (which is about the current market value of my opinion) Cancalling a program and not informing a webmaster would be ok in my books only if a LEGAL investigation on the actions of that webmaster is happening for reasons such as Child porn promotion or Rape pics. Still say keeping any of that money is wrong too. As too the rest, smells like hearsay from both sides now at this point in the game.

1. Your point about the case of LEGAL investigation which may be sufficient enough not to inform the webmaster is correct I think and in my first posts here on the subject I have said exactly same words. That was like page 4 or 5.


2. In my personal opinion I dont mix child porn with rape fantasies as long as rape fantasies are performed by actors.
Child porn is a pornography with a child. Thus said it is an evidence to a horrible crime already commited and crime itself.
Besides anyone with sexual fantasies involving children is considered either sick or sick and criminal OFFICIALLY in all countries.

When rape fantasy performed by actors is just a dark sexual fantasy from my point of view , used by the way in almost each and every mainstream erotic movie from Tinto Brasses stuff to aged Emanuelle, as long as it doesnt involve any actuall crime behind it.

Thus the only problem I may see since there is no actual crime - is the moral aspect. However I strongly beleive that each man and woman (You wont beleive how many of them are into it by the way) should be free in their fantasies as long as they dont break law. And there is no proof or truth that such fantasies do motivate NORMAL people to abnormal actions just like after watching COMMANDO or MATRIX or playing almost any 3D shooter or anything alike You dont run around with a machine gun killing everyone. The law is just someone else imposing their values on you. What's law in one area often isn't in another. A paysite needs to set it's own moral values (or laws) and operate within them, all we all do. It's not up to you to set your moral values for a paysite, it's up to the paysite to set them for themselves.

Maybe people try and give me the crap about dark fantisies involving rape scenes being ok since it's adult actors. Personally I see them as acceptable for HORROR applications but when used for sexual arousal I find it disgusting and against my moral ethics and as far as I'm concerned should be illegial.

An example might be seeing a live event on TV and watching a young girl loose her shirt in a game of touch football mearly by accident and laughing at it. But wacking off to it and using that same scene later for sexual arousal would be sick and be infact child porn. Why would I want to send blind traffic to ARS? they would switch me to the sign up program by the end of the month, that's for sure *L* ARS is great, but not for blind traffic, as an experienced webmaster you should know that.

With Candid clicks I get paid for unique hits without having to worry for the conversion ratio. The pay only 2 cents for unique, but that's fair enough for blind traffic since it doesn't convert that well.
