Results after working out for 5 weeks.

I previously posted that I wanted to get rid of some fat and tried some things such as:

Slim-Fast ()
Trying to eat very little
and some other things.

Well I joined a gym 5 weeks ago at 178 and 6 feet tall. ( I understand that its not alot of weight but i have tons of flab)

Went on protein for 3 weeks and then 2 weeks of createin.

Results are pretty good.

Im at 191lb now, can bench about 160lb on the flat free weight bench (did about 90 the first day I came in), leg press is up to 550lb now, and slowly shirts are getting tighter (in a good way).

So to anyone that wants to shape up I recommend some protein, and createin (createin is REALLY GOOD) and exercise regularly with free weights.

Btw, i stopped trying to eat like a bird, i dont watch what i eat just how much now and have not gained any more gut fat.

Im gonna go off both supplements for a week now and then try Hydroxicut to get rid of some more excess fat.

a lot of that weight gain is water weight because creatine causes massive water retention. It's physcially impossible to gain 12lbs in 5 weeks without juicing.

To keep your mass & trim bodyfat eat 5-6 small protein+carbohydrate meals. I supplement 1 or 2 meals with MetRx.
Workout with weights 5-6 times a week, including 30 minutes aerobic activity.

Creatine gave me noticable gains, but I found I had joint pain and ligament pain more often.

It definitely does work, though.

another thing that really helps out well is running (or any type of intense cardio) in the morning after you wake up on an empty stomach. cause that way, the energy is taken from your body opposed to the food you eat. its a bitch to do, but works well.

but keep it up with the protien drinks, but DONT overdo it. i did like 200g's of protien a day and i gained weight but a lot of it went into the stomach (and im a pretty muscular guy).

Why not just eat better than you normally do and excercise? I can't see the point of eating any kind of supplement shit, unless you want to stop working out.. Do you want to stop working out? If you do you'll get flabby.. So what's the fuckin rush anyways? Like really, if you just want to get there faster, think WHY!

People should work out to be healthy, not to get big and shit...

Considering it takes 3 weeks for all the esters in sustanon to kick in, why would you pyramid up & how would you do 300 milligrams? It comes in 250 MG amps.

Decca is horrible stuff. It's one of the very few anabolics that can result in permenant impotence and sterility not to mention the high risk of gyno.

A good starter cycle would be like 8 weeks of test like prop/cyp/sust alone and maybe some dbol. Most people will gain 20+ pounds with that if their diet and training is in order and keep most of it. All that growth hormone stuff gets dangerous to be effective. You need to run it a long time to see results and use insulin.
