cool man.
another thing that really helps out well is running (or any type of intense cardio) in the morning after you wake up on an empty stomach. cause that way, the energy is taken from your body opposed to the food you eat. its a bitch to do, but works well.
but keep it up with the protien drinks, but DONT overdo it. i did like 200g's of protien a day and i gained weight but a lot of it went into the stomach (and im a pretty muscular guy).
