Why not just eat better than you normally do and excercise? I can't see the point of eating any kind of supplement shit, unless you want to stop working out.. Do you want to stop working out? If you do you'll get flabby.. So what's the fuckin rush anyways? Like really, if you just want to get there faster, think WHY!
People should work out to be healthy, not to get big and shit...
