Every time he makes an accusation, I'm in a lose/lose situation -- he's allowed to anonymously attack me with lies, and my only recourse is to point out that he's lying. If I don't reply, it looks bad. If I reply, people like you whine. There's no way to win ... and that's the anonymous troll's advantage. I've pointed out several times that this led to the downfall of GFY, and is why the board is like it is now.

It's been a while since we've had an actual update. I'd be willing to be that he's still sitting there.

Donny's mother took down his Facebook page which was the primary source of information for us. However, now it seems I have a direct line to someone in the know.....

Donny's hearing did not go well, his bail was not reduced, it's still set at $500k, he is still in jail, and the DA mentioned "further victims" again during the bail hearing.

We won't have much more information until this goes to trial.

Update as of a few minutes ago. If anything it looks like some charges have been dropped ?

Not dropped; changed. Their system just requires a trail of what happened, so they "drop" the basic charges and add the "clarified" charges. Often, they just change section or something minor. Examine the PC numbers to see what I mean.

In the first mug shot posted he had Unlawful Intercourse. That has been dropped, but replaced with Unlawful Sex W/Minor. I have a feeling they are just refining the charges.

It's hard-fought so far. Heterosexuality fired back with a marriage and a baby, but homosexuality had strong wins with nationality and place of employment. We will have to wait and see the outcome.
