Plot synopsis - It's Christmas Eve and Donny Pauling, a pastor and motivational speaker, finds himself separated from the ones he loves, his teenage son, his devoted mother and a bevy of troubled underaged girls he counsels and rapes. Donny protests that he wants to die but Clarence has another idea.

Clarence takes Donny backwards through time presenting a series of vignettes from childhood to adulthood to show Donny what life would have been like had he never existed - Donny sees his 5 year old self tricking his younger brother into giving him his most cherished toy, then as an older child telling grandiose lies about his accomplishments, serving on Student Council as a high schooler where he misappropriated funds raised in a charity carwash, falsely accusing other students at his community college of cheating on their exams, then as a young pornographer preying on young innocent girls to model and masturbate naked for him through a devious bait and switch technique he continuously perfected, misrepresenting himself to clients, ripping off his fellow photographers, Donny developing a relationship with a young model he claimed was the love of his life showing her how much he loves her by sharing her with another man in the porn industry so he could watch her have sex with this other man, then when she falls in love with the other man Donny begins a seige of harassment and stalking that lasts years, Clarence shows Donny recreating himself as a fallen sinner dedicating himself to God's word but not really as Donny turns his new faith into a money making enterprise while still continuing to deceive and prey on people, finally Clarence shows Donny and his creepy friend Lewis the sheriff raping Lewis' 16 year old ******** and Donny continuing to bribe and coerce underaged girls into having sex with him.

Clarence realizes he's made a terrible mistake, the world had not been better off for Donny's existence. Clarence is panicked, he intended to save a man's life by showing him the good in him and he wanted those angel wings First Class so badly after waiting centuries. What to do? Clarence dashes out of the cell and returns with an ice pick stabbing Donny repeatedly screaming 'IT WAS A WONDERFUL LIFE WASN'T IT DONNY PAULING!?!?! To achieve that, Freddy arranges a formal hearing in which he argues that Donny is sane because he is in fact Santa Claus and plus everyone else is a lunatic and a criminal, especially the young girls. What ensues is a bizarre hearing in which people's beliefs are reexamined and put to the test, but even so, it's going to take a debacle for Donny to win!

That doesn't mean he is guilty but one cannot help but look at all the facts surrounding him, his personality, his lies, his shameless, manipulative behavior and the fact that he was living with these girls AFTER already being accused of similar charges (by girls of a similar age), his gross, 1/2 naked familiarity with them in videos they created, along with his video confession of going to a guys house to screw his underage daughter so the dad could watch, should be more than enough to suggest to any reasonable person that there is likely a great deal of truth to the charges.
