All 3 of my sole supporting residences. 1 part-time that's owned outright is a hillside city view 4 story duplex within walking distance of a downtown metropolitan area with a city park for it's back yard, 1 part-time which I owe minor rehab loans on is also a duplex within walking distance to another downtown metropolitan area which also happens to have a city park/golf course/river behind it and the other is an apartment that my other half spends most of her time at in another city. Both part-time owned residences actually make money because that's how I roll. Grant it the other half's apartment is a drain at the moment but it's a need be situation for the next 5-6 months.
