Is it bad to workout when your muscles are sore?
Fucking nintendo wii then basketball after made my arms KILL, i workout almost daily,
is it bad for your body to push it when it is sore? should i let is rest or is it ok to push your body when it is sore? |

You should give each muscle group a day off to recover and rebuild between wokouts. |

depends on how sore. If it kills to stretch the muscle then I'd stay off it. Working that muscle group again when it's not had time to repair itself is a sure fire way to fuck yourself up.

lol after the first few days I played wii my arm and shoulder hurt pretty bad. I just learned to not be so agressive when playing lol. You can still throw the ball just has hard with a simple flick of your wrist.

You should work out different body parts on different days of the week.
So... Monday, Chest and Biceps Tuesday, Legs Wednesday, Smoke some pot. Thursday, Back Friday, Shoulders, Traps, Triceps Saturday, Run Sunday, Smoke another doobie. |
