sore not injured, but they are really sore, seriously i played some nintendo wii a couple days ago and my arm has been like sore as hell! i think i need to stretch more.

i might just give her a lil whirl, i think my main problem is i dont ever stretch enough like i used to, i dont ever feel all that stiff but it it good for your joints i am sure.
i guess if i get injured you can say i told you so.
