Is it bad to workout when your muscles are sore?
 
Fucking nintendo wii then basketball after made my arms KILL, i workout almost daily,

is it bad for your body to push it when it is sore? should i let is rest or is it ok to push your body when it is sore?

Sore? No. Injured? Yes.

You should give each muscle group a day off to recover and rebuild between wokouts.

depends on how sore. If it kills to stretch the muscle then I'd stay off it. Working that muscle group again when it's not had time to repair itself is a sure fire way to fuck yourself up.

sore not injured, but they are really sore, seriously i played some nintendo wii a couple days ago and my arm has been like sore as hell! i think i need to stretch more.

i might just give her a lil whirl, i think my main problem is i dont ever stretch enough like i used to, i dont ever feel all that stiff but it it good for your joints i am sure.

i guess if i get injured you can say i told you so. :winkwink:

lol after the first few days I played wii my arm and shoulder hurt pretty bad. I just learned to not be so agressive when playing lol. You can still throw the ball just has hard with a simple flick of your wrist.

If your arms are very sore from some activity other than lifting workout your legs or do cardio that day.

when you´re sore, your muscle is not completely recovered after the effort, because of unsufficient rest and / or lack of nutrition.

dude, rest that muscle a few days and eat some protein.
