You should work out different body parts on different days of the week.
So...
Monday, Chest and Biceps
Tuesday, Legs
Wednesday, Smoke some pot.
Thursday, Back
Friday, Shoulders, Traps, Triceps
Saturday, Run
Sunday, Smoke another doobie.
