			 Just curious how many of you will die from heart attacks before you reach 50    My workout schedule is something like this:

				 | I use dumb bells, with sit ups and push ups works real nice for me. The gym is a waste of time. I actually gain weight working out at a gym.  I just stuck with my own methods and it worked. My friends that have been going to the gym for 3 years looked at me and said that i looked better than then and asked how did i do it..LOL Jogging is also good...  Can't forget having HARDCORE SEX |

				 | I use various dumbbell/barbell/weight set exercises (lat tower/leg exerciser/bench) but I'm pretty sure my left arm gets more exercise than the rest of my body.

				 | I only buy beer with regular bottle tops on and not the screw tops.. that way i have to walk aother 6ft from the refrigerator to the draw where we keep the bottle opener each time i drink a beer   Regards, Lee |

				 | I have no schedule anymore..I work out when i can a few times a week. It could be a number of things from hiking, jogging, kick boxing, snowboarding, weight lifting..whatever gets my ass up and moving. my eating could use some fine tuning though |
