Do you exercise? If so, what do you do?
Just curious how many of you will die from heart attacks before you reach 50
My workout schedule is something like this: - running: 30-45 minutes every morning
- free weights: 1.5-2 hours 3-4 times a week (only upper body)
- mountainbiking: 1-4 hours 2-3 times a week
- And then an extra hour a day or so riding my bike just getting from A to B. That's not really working out though.
