Your schedule is very busy ..
I do a lot of biking , like 2-3 hours everyday
Morning exercises
Weight lifting 2 times per week
And Yoga few times per week ..
I also smoke weed 3-4 times per week which is stimulating my heart rhythm and benefit to my mental health
