CumSensei´s weightloss thread. Get motivated!

Ok its first of september and today I start my new life.
I have lost controll of my eating and my weight is now becumming a problem for me.

I now weight 143Kg and im 2 meter tall

My goal is to within a year drop down to about 110Kg.
So thats about 33 Kg weight loss.

I started today with trowing out all food and stuff thats not healthy for me and bought a shitload of healthy food.

Im gonna follow a method thats here in sweden is called GI method. It´s basicly you cut out everything that´s got sugar in it. You be fucking amazed what they put sugar in today.

And I will start taking long walks daily to increas the weight loss.

So today I started. Eating healty and let me tell you my body is screaming after more food now

Alsoim gonna cut down on the portions since normally you eat to big plates when you eat.

Ok it starts today!
I will update ones a week and let you know how it goes

Wish me luck...I need to drink some water now.

Ohh I also taken a photo of me now and I will show that with another one if I make the weightloss.

Cut out processed food with added sugar.

Keep fruit that has good sugar..

Best of luck.

Make sure you increase your activity level too, whether it's going for a 5 minute run extra each day, or a 30 minute walk, or jerking off an extra time for 45 minutes. Skip-rope is realy good too.

hey man, just remember.. eat at least 5 times a day of smaller portioned meals. our body is not meant to only eat 3 big meals, when you experience hunger and don't satisfy it, guess what happens? It automatically makes storing fat easier, in fear that you won't feed it when it tells you to. so smaller portioned 5 meals a day.

and don't cut out all carbs, complex carbs is what you want, and more than you think you need.

If jerking off was good exercise I wouldn't be so fat.

If my math is correct that is around 315 pounds.

I can only agree with the last one there as a fitness trainer.

You can have your fast food, you can have those devil'ish foods you like, but only in small moderation, maybe twice a week, and ONLY IF you routinely eat 5 meals a day. This makes it practically impossible for your body to store fat from those bad foods, but obviously overconsumption or routine consumption of bad food will prove that wrong.

When you train hard, your body needs a sufficient amount of nutrients, EVEN during sleep, otherwise if you starve yourself before going to sleep, your body will eat at lean tissue which is bad. So you can eat a small meal before going to bed, but just make sure it isn't high in fat or simple carbohydrates, and certainly not a big meal.

although walking 30 minutes a day isn't bad, it can be better. if you're tryin to lose fat, one key component that will help speed the process is resistance training. building muscle burns fat.

so i'd revise that list.

*Eat at least 5 times a day
*Keep the meals small but not too small
*Throw in some cardio and weight training throughout the week
*Try to get rid of foods high in saturated fat, and simple carbs.

if you use to eat all the time while you're working try to switch to fruits, vegetables and water instead of candies, coke etc. And go for a 60 min workout a day! You'll slim down and feel better soon! But it's all very well to say that. I wish you good luck

I know what you are going through.
I once lost 30 kg and I started dieting again last week. Lost 2 kg now but I want to drop 30 kg again.
Go to the shop and get some pills for the graving after candy. The have homeopatic stuff in pharmacies that make that feeling go away. It works very well!
When I feel like banging my head against the wall cause I can not stand it anymore I go brush my teeth. People are used to not eating anymore after they brushed the teeth. So it sends a message to the brain and stomach.
Good luck!

Best of luck to you my friend!

I know you can do it! My hubby was up to 230lbs, about 5 years ago. He is 178lbs now. Eat less, and excercise more. It's not a big secret.

You can do it!!

I feel your pain..I have been heavy for 10 years now..I have tried everything but even if I lose I never make it to the end. I end up gaining more than I lost....I was at my wits end.

I hired a personal trainer last week. I started Monday and the diet is hard but I am not hungry..I eat every 4 hrs 8am-12pm-4pm-8pm and 11pm. I must eat protien every meal and it can only be egg whites, chicken turkey or fish(no shellfish or salmon). no bread or grains no sugar no fat unless it comes from protien & no artificial sweetner. lean red meat once a week. Any veggie but corn any fruit but bananas. I eat a protien shake for breakfast and my 11pm meal. The workout is intense and even though I am a fatty they do not go easy on me...I Think I am going to do it this time...

We should keep eachother in check!

I lost 26lbs in 3 months and then stopped for a while, gained back about 3-4
Now I'm getting back to it again.

Eating less, and eating 4-5 times a day made the biggest difference i think. Also, no bread, no burgers, no pizza, no drinks with sugar. I was never hungry because I ate often, but I never got full either because i ate in small portions.

Keep under 1500 calories a day constantly, and you will lose weight no matter what. (speaking for tall people of course)
