I hired a personal trainer last week. I started Monday and the diet is hard but I am not hungry..I eat every 4 hrs 8am-12pm-4pm-8pm and 11pm. I must eat protien every meal and it can only be egg whites, chicken turkey or fish(no shellfish or salmon). no bread or grains no sugar no fat unless it comes from protien & no artificial sweetner. lean red meat once a week. Any veggie but corn any fruit but bananas. I eat a protien shake for breakfast and my 11pm meal. The workout is intense and even though I am a fatty they do not go easy on me...I Think I am going to do it this time...

Dude I wish you the best...just stick with it...I think I got one week of hell infront of me right now since my body first of all want sugar and unhealty stuff like white bread. Second of all my body dont like the 1 person portions of food
But I think after one week I will be feeling alot better.
