Most people are unaware of how easy it is to lose weight if you put your mind to it and actually get up off the sofa and do some exercise. When I started affiliate marketing I was around 250 (Not really obese, though, lineman in high school) and am 175ish now just from switching to diet pop and going to the park every day during "breaks".

Losing weight is easy, but changing your lifestyle and eating habits for good is not quite as simple. This like so many other things, is just a temporary solution.

Try a paleo diet and HIIT instead of cardio.

Yeah it's great, I only started doing it in June for about 10 days and then ruptured my achilles tendon, so I haven't really saw results but the other people in our office doing it absolutely love it.

I've done it twice in the last 6 - 7 months.

The first time, for 9 weeks, and I lost 16 kilos (roughly 30 lbs).

That's the idea. The pain when they try to eat anything is too much, so they basically just starve themselves of any proper food for a month or two.

It's one of the most idiotic things i've come across for a while. Then again, there are a lot of idiots out there...
