and that was the THIRD time I've sent in that list of links - it's over 2 weeks and they're still not removed. surely somebody in porn has to be thinking of suing them, I can't even find out where they are - a lawyer would probably charge you 10k just to do the investigation to try to pin down who the owner is and where they really are.

send a dmca to network solutions, they are the ones hiding the whois. they will quickly either block the content or give you the info you need. considering they are hosted at leaseweb, you have about zero chance of getting any satisfaction in this case.

Oron takes their sweet time since by the time they remove it, they've already made their money and new content is posted in place of what was removed. Start CCing LeaseWeb, their host, when it takes longer than a day.
This goes beyond simple filesharing or trading information. There is a financial paper-trail here of businesses and people profiting from stolen materials. The fileshare companies make money off the content by making people pay to view it. They are paying people to steal content and post it on their networks. Mainstream companies like Paypal are also making money from this. Eventually this bubble is going to burst and some copyright holders are going to get a nice payout. |

I'm surprised they take it down. I'm pretty sure DMCA only applies to servers hosted in the US. Using the EU equivalent copyright directive might have a better effect?
