they do remove eventually BUT i can't prove it but it looks to me that they don't even remove files, they are in cahoots with their uploaders, they don't remove the files, they just change the URL's and all the little thieves have to do is go back to their threads on pornbb, forumophilia etc and edit the links.
of all the file hosters Oron would be the one to bring down because there's no way in hell any court could consider them an innocent service provider if you can prove what seems to be known by everybody that Oron owns pornbb and forumophilia.
there's a new file hoster that lets uploaders convert their uploaded videos into streaming flv/mp4's - so a tube site and file hoster in one.
