I've got no love for Cyberlockers but, Oron do take links down, usually as soon as 48 hours expire ;)
The monkees just like whoevers paying the most.....Wupload (basically Filesonic) was the latest kid on the block and I saw a lot of users swap their links over, same when Oron came out.
Who knows when new laws will be coming into existence but, you'd think as an interim measure (and without even needing to re-write the existing DMCA) it could at least be amended from 48 hours to 12 hours.
