Lifters: Anybody use any thermogenics?

I'm in pretty damn good shape, been doing tons of martial arts, cardio, weights and abs/core workouts all winter, but I'm wondering if there isn't a wonder supplement that I could take for 6 weeks to put me into that super ripped zero body fat look in time for the beach.

Not ephedra - not diuretics, but other thermogenics???

Not looking for huge - just that last bit to get "ripped". Any recommendations?

Yes, water. Drink it almost constantly for 6 weeks, increase vitamin intake (as the increased water intake will result in lots of them getting lost through urine).

flax seed oil
Creatine (30 days on)
CLA
Amino Fuel
and Zero carb Protien Powder

Seems to be working for me Ive been hard at it for the last 8 weeks non stop and im looking really tight

I drink about 2 liters a day already, but I'm not supplementing at all - i'm probably losing a lot of vitamins by pissing so much.

Doesn't creatine cause you to retain a lot of water and look kind of "full" rather than ripped?

What about the others - i've heard a lot of good things about flax oil, never tried CLA or amino fuel....

Hmmm - decisions decisions.

Yeah, sadly this is what i keep coming back to.
Looks like I'll just add massive road work and some more large muscle group lifting (squats for example) to increase the burn.

Clenbuterol if I am not mistaken is what 90% of Bodybuilders use to help them looking ripped. You won't be able to buy it off the shelf, but if you know a few guys at the gym someone should be able to hook you up I guess.

(Keep in mind, I don't really know that much about it, but I know some guys who workout alot and swear by it, and Google talks positively about it also)

creatine does cause water retention as it increases the cells water content but it increases muscle size and recovery as well

CLA will help lean u out and and give u a bit more tone (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

clenbuterol if you can tolerate the sides, really good for giving you that 'carved' look if you've already built some good muscle mass up already..

1. Animal Pak Multi (important to take good multi as you'll be cutting down on food)
2. Lipo 6
3. NO tabs (take right before bed as well)

Cardio 45 minutes 5x week.

Most importantly eat 6 times a day, small meals. Im down to 200lbs and around 10% bf from 225 in about 8 weeks. Cut way back in carbs except for one cheat day a week. If you lift, be prepared to lose a little strength and muscle and not have as much energy.

I have no fucking clue what my real BF is... its been YEARS since I had it measured. Its definitely on the low side, but that doesn't tell you shit.

I'm not looking for anything with real side effects, so most likely I'll just do some basic supps and tweak out my meals, increase my cardio, and increase my weight lifting on large muscle groups to increase overall metabolism.

Find a local college that offers body fat testing in water its the only true testing. If you dont know your body fat its going to be very hard to achieve what your looking to achieve. 2 liters a day is nothing, man...swear to god, unless you weigh 80 pounds, you're dehydrated. You should be close to one ounce of water per pound of bodyweight.

i'm pretty tolerant to it, i wouldn't ever touch any higher dosage ED like some protocols call for, but the 400mg ED is doable for me. a good friend ended up in the hospital from it once when using before a show, but the dumbass had decided to use some Lasix as well while on it... only thing dumber would have been to mix it up w/ tren-E and slin..!
