I have no fucking clue what my real BF is... its been YEARS since I had it measured. Its definitely on the low side, but that doesn't tell you shit.
I'm not looking for anything with real side effects, so most likely I'll just do some basic supps and tweak out my meals, increase my cardio, and increase my weight lifting on large muscle groups to increase overall metabolism.
