Lifters: Anybody use any thermogenics?
I'm in pretty damn good shape, been doing tons of martial arts, cardio, weights and abs/core workouts all winter, but I'm wondering if there isn't a wonder supplement that I could take for 6 weeks to put me into that super ripped zero body fat look in time for the beach.
Not ephedra - not diuretics, but other thermogenics??? Not looking for huge - just that last bit to get "ripped". Any recommendations? |
Yes, water. Drink it almost constantly for 6 weeks, increase vitamin intake (as the increased water intake will result in lots of them getting lost through urine).

I dont take any thermogenics but i do take vitamins and sups and i drink a shit load of water

Clenbuterol if I am not mistaken is what 90% of Bodybuilders use to help them looking ripped. You won't be able to buy it off the shelf, but if you know a few guys at the gym someone should be able to hook you up I guess.
(Keep in mind, I don't really know that much about it, but I know some guys who workout alot and swear by it, and Google talks positively about it also) |
The zero fat super ripped look is achieved by lots of drugs and diuretics. Also whats your body fat percentage currently?

clenbuterol if you can tolerate the sides, really good for giving you that 'carved' look if you've already built some good muscle mass up already..

I have no fucking clue what my real BF is... its been YEARS since I had it measured. Its definitely on the low side, but that doesn't tell you shit.
I'm not looking for anything with real side effects, so most likely I'll just do some basic supps and tweak out my meals, increase my cardio, and increase my weight lifting on large muscle groups to increase overall metabolism. Thanks for all this info - lots of good reading in this thread. |
