1. Animal Pak Multi (important to take good multi as you'll be cutting down on food)
2. Lipo 6
3. NO tabs (take right before bed as well)
Cardio 45 minutes 5x week.
Most importantly eat 6 times a day, small meals. Im down to 200lbs and around 10% bf from 225 in about 8 weeks. Cut way back in carbs except for one cheat day a week. If you lift, be prepared to lose a little strength and muscle and not have as much energy.
