You are only looking at it from one side of the story and not two. I can type up a bunch of reasons as well, but at the end of the day it means nothing except to Bdjuf and Split.

Wait until you get an affiliate or two who pull a card scam, or run up a ton of chargebacks and you terminate their account and they come after you bitching about the money over and over again, that they did nothing wrong, that they sent clean traffic and etc. You will look at this a little differently

Exactly.. i'm looking at it from one side only, that's why it's in chris's best interest to share his :2 cents:

It would have been better if he didn't say anything at all, then to come in this thread and say "Yah i fucked him over, if he wants to resolve it.. fly out and talk to me face to face"

I find it very reasonable that he is willing to fly to Canada meet with Bdjuf face to face and resolve the issue. He owes nothing to GFY to post his side of the story. What matters is what happens when they meet and them walking away both being happy.

After that happens I am sure there will be a nice it's all good I love Split post.

I've had someone attempt fraud before, i terminated his account, refunded all the joins... and if he would have a problem with it and bring it to the boards, i would post paycoms phone number and have them explain the situation to him.

wouldn't really be much room for him to argue about what is right and what is wrong :2 cents:

Except if you accept that your affiliate have a very high risk ... and charge him a little more unless he do a really high volume ;)

We have the "XBiz host of the year" promising to deliver X severs and then fails.

We then have a claim of spamming - with no evidence provided.

We then have several agreements to pay, which also fail.

Tho... that does smell like utter bullshit you would get from an affiliate scammer.

Yes he offered twice I believe. I think it's nice people want to meet face to face and settle it in that fashion then to duke it out on the boards trying to see who can damage who the worst. Neither owe it to GFY to post anything at all.

Yes very true, I don't think they need to post proof of the spam here, that's between the two of them.

I do agree making the promise of the payment was wrong, and I have said a few times it is wrong.

The point I was trying to make to Sam is that there are two sides and I believe a company like Split would have to have reason to do what they did. Was it right, no. Does it appear that it will get resolved, yes.

It's not really like bdjuf is hiding what he's doing ... they knew about it too... almost every host out there do that kind of shit this is nothing unusual.
