The site in my sig is hosted with Webair if anyone wants to check Webair's perfomance & speed on a site using one small simple script.

If you get the results that I do you will see why I'm moving it elsewhere when I get through working on some other stuff

maybe something is up with your server? getting hit too hard? did you request a cap? send me a tracerouts and ill tell you where you are slowing down...There are many variables that will effect the speed of your setup...

I dont want anything from you I would just like to see you all give support like juicy get's support I never got none of that and I did have lot's of problems I mean if their were no problems then no support is fine with me but I could not even get the control panel to work it was one problem after the other and no support I emailed and called nothing.

As a matter of fact it's a personal pet peeve of mine to make sure this is how new employees ate trained. Thus my inquiry and interest in to your issues, as I said I see no tickets opened of any chat logs associated with your account. Check your mail I sent you my thoughts on this.

I was responding to this thread primarily to weigh in with other's tech support experiences. I've averaged once a month having to call (a day or so after submitting a ticket) and have them reset whatever makes scripts stop working. The last time my index page vanished but all other pages still worked (I even tried uploading a test index page to make sure it wasn't scripts causing the problem and it still gave "cannot find server"). I have no idea what the problems were any of those times but they were fixed later the same day I called.

I had tech look at it and chec to see if anything was up with that virtual server cluster its running perfectly...e-mail me I'll show you how to run a trace and i have a suggestion you may be interested in.

Speed problems are not that persistent, but check your mail for subject line "Trace" from me, I would like to know how to do that

The main thing I was countering in this thread is the ones saying things are taken care of quickly via ticket support (which has not been my case) and that they rarely if ever have problems (which has also not been my case). My sites stopped functioning near the beginning of each of my first 3 months with Webair requiring a call to get fixed and was always something that was not able to be fixed while I was on the phone, but later that day. I do have the luck of Schleprock and probably was on the only server at the time that had the unusual problems as nobody here was reporting the same (although I have read posts at other times reporting basically the same problems).
