WEBAIR - You got a rep about here?
OK heres the deal -
From whats their support have advised me they have an error their end with the FTP set up - this is resulting in us not being able to upload files. Great they can see what it is know how to fix it - perfect :thumbsup Now they ask for the 4 digits of the CC the account is set up under, I send them the details for the card they have billed and they say they have not got those card details on file. They say the issue needs to be resolved with billing - who are not open - then to contact support again to get the issue fixed........... Can any one from webair contact me and explain whats happening, how you can bill our card if the numbers are worng? Your support team and rightly so dont want to deal with it your billing dept is closed and we are paying for something which from what we can gather from your support guys is set up wrong. PLEASE HELP |
IU have never been asked for the last 4 of my cc when getting support who did you talk to?

not in the past - to be fair I know why they do it its just annoying as they have billed us and yet say the card is worng :-(

I dont have issues with their service overall - was some bad server downtime which 'Mike' sorted out.
This is a real headache as we are setting a site up for a client so this has really screwed our day up. |

Well I recommeneded Webair to a client im designing a mainstream site for...Guess i'll go check out some others.

I've hosted with webair for over 2 years now. I've had my issues with them. But you get what you pay for. Webair offers top quality bandwidth for 3 or 4 times LESS than nationalnet or ISPrime, among the others mentioned in this thread.
As someone said - if you need mission critical uptime then you should also be willing to pay 3 or 4 times what webair offers in pricing. Seriously. |

As for Webair, I have had no problems with support, I put a ticket in, and I get a reply right away, and my shit gets worked on, and it's done. I think the haters are in the pockets of other hosting companies and they get discounts for hater-aide. |
For the record....I have boxes at both ISPrime and Webair and although I have not been using Webair as long as ISPrime...I have never had a single problem with their service.
I know people who have had issues with Webair, ISPrime, NatNet, Techie Media....And on and on and on.... No host is perfect but there is also no problem which can't be fixed. |
