Speed problems are not that persistent, but check your mail for subject line "Trace" from me, I would like to know how to do that
The main thing I was countering in this thread is the ones saying things are taken care of quickly via ticket support (which has not been my case) and that they rarely if ever have problems (which has also not been my case). My sites stopped functioning near the beginning of each of my first 3 months with Webair requiring a call to get fixed and was always something that was not able to be fixed while I was on the phone, but later that day. I
do have the luck of Schleprock and probably was on the only server at the time that had the unusual problems as nobody here was reporting the same (although I have read posts at
other times reporting basically the same problems).
