I did not get a ticket responded to the 3 times I've filed one. I ended up calling a day or so later, the person on the phone not able to figure out the problem, tell me someone will look into it when they return/get out of a meeting, and a half-day or so later the problem gets fixed. Then later the tickets got replied to with an "it's fixed" message.
