anyone who is familiar with us knows that we do treat clients the same no matter what size the account. As a matter of fact it's a personal pet peeve of mine to make sure this is how new employees ate trained. Thus my inquiry and interest in to your issues, as I said I see no tickets opened of any chat logs associated with your account. Check your mail I sent you my thoughts on this.
