maybe something is up with your server? getting hit too hard? did you request a cap? send me a tracerouts and ill tell you where you are slowing down...There are many variables that will effect the speed of your setup...

Webair's network is fully fiber based all tier one bandwidth, send me a trace ill show you whats what.
I have no idea what to do with those bin files. I've just got a couple noncritical projects & index page holders I moved to Webair virtual as test a few months ago. I was responding to this thread primarily to weigh in with other's tech support experiences. I've averaged once a month having to call (a day or so after submitting a ticket) and have them reset whatever makes scripts stop working. The last time my index page vanished but all other pages still worked (I even tried uploading a test index page to make sure it wasn't scripts causing the problem and it still gave "cannot find server"). I have no idea what the problems were any of those times but they were fixed later the same day I called.

I've not requested a cap, if the little traffic on these pages is hitting the server too hard I don't know what to say )
