I quit about 5 years ago but I'll still take the overtanned sluts any day blonde, brunette,red head I'm not picky they just have to look hot

High protein, low fat works for me. Carbs early in the day have been okay, but not after mid-afternoon.

Find some form of cardio you like doing and cut out some carbs/fat from your diet and its possible. 5 pounds per week is a little hard, you should be able to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks though.

takes a 3500 calorie deficit to lose one pound.

so you need a 35000 calorie deficit over 2 weeks to lose 10 pounds.

most people burn between 1800-2500 calories per day normally.

so if you drank only water for 2 weeks and took vitamin pills you still could not lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

cutting off a leg. that would do it.

if you want to lose weight and keep it off you must have a plan that involves an understanding or nutrition, exercise, and metabolism.

ain't tricky. just read a book. you don't need a fad diet to be healthy. you can have wendys and burger king, if you count the calories AND exercise.

and you can do even better if you eat the right things and exercise.

It's not easy to lose weight and keep it off long term, unless you eat mostly healthy foods, lift weights and do cardio. But the first ten is the easiest if you aren't that active and eat too much bad stuff right now. Get active, eat heathy stuff, (meat, veggies, salad, fruit, no greasy stuff, no fried foods, no snacks, sodas etc) I lost a net of 35 lbs. over eight months or so and at the same time putting on more muscle than I had. I had to excercise six days a week and chnge my whole diet to do it.
