but 10 pounds in 2 weeks will be very difficult for any normal sized person due to the physics of metabolism.
takes a 3500 calorie deficit to lose one pound.
so you need a 35000 calorie deficit over 2 weeks to lose 10 pounds.
most people burn between 1800-2500 calories per day normally.
so if you drank only water for 2 weeks and took vitamin pills you still could not lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
cutting off a leg. that would do it.
if you want to lose weight and keep it off you must have a plan that involves an understanding or nutrition, exercise, and metabolism.
ain't tricky. just read a book. you don't need a fad diet to be healthy. you can have wendys and burger king, if you count the calories AND exercise.
and you can do even better if you eat the right things and exercise.
