It's not easy to lose weight and keep it off long term, unless you eat mostly healthy foods, lift weights and do cardio. But the first ten is the easiest if you aren't that active and eat too much bad stuff right now. Get active, eat heathy stuff, (meat, veggies, salad, fruit, no greasy stuff, no fried foods, no snacks, sodas etc) I lost a net of 35 lbs. over eight months or so and at the same time putting on more muscle than I had. I had to excercise six days a week and chnge my whole diet to do it.
