(In order of effectiveness):
#1/ 10-pounds in two-days = One litre of H20/hour followed by equal amounts of Yeah-O (Cocaine)

GET OF YOUR ARS!
- 50 of sit-ups & 50 push-ups EVERY morning, as well EVERY evening.
- 100-lunges/day.
- Walk non-stop for two-hours/day (or pick a similar activity)
- 20-minutes in the pool every morning (doing laps).
- High-fibre foods at the beginning of each meal, or at the very least each morning!
- Plenty of fruits and veggies.
- Rare (blue to med. rare) beef. Do not ruin a good piece of meat by going well done!
- No gorging! Never eat until you are full ... always leave the table somewhat hungry.
- Nibble every two-hours.
- NO POP! (Reduce the amount of shit sugar your taking in).
- LOW or NON-FATTY foods. (Natural fat excluded).
- NO FRIED FOODS! BAKED, not fried! STEAMED, not fried! BROILED, BOILED, POUCHED ... getting the point.
- Multi-vitamins EVERY morning, and evening.
Notice, I did not include any weight lifting as you asked how to lose weight (muscle weighs more than fat, so your asking how to lose body mass or fat).
