Paypal claims that you just need to provide the tracking number but it's not always the case.

They told me they would fight my case because I provided the tracking info and said it would take up to 3 months. 9 months later, Paypal won't answer me plus they locked my account.

By the way, Paypal locked my account because the balance was in the red due to the chargeback.
Paypal mentioned that I now have to send them a money order or they'll send teh case to a collection agency. It's funny that they ignore me when I have questions yet when they want money, they're right up on things.

Paypal is right to say that not much can be done if your customer's credit card company just charged back. But Paypal does mention that you only need a tracking number which means they should bite the bullet on it. I don't know how much the transaction was for but it's something to keep in mind.

I has a second call on my answering machine from the collection agency... They ask me to call them back ... They can go . If they think they have a case, let them go to court ( its about 2000.00 US ) . Then I would change the venue to small claims court, in Quebec, with no lawyers....They posted that tracking policy, the insurred/ not insurred function... so they pay...
