Paypal is right to say that not much can be done if your customer's credit card company just charged back. But Paypal does mention that you only need a tracking number which means they should bite the bullet on it.
I don't know how much the transaction was for but it's something to keep in mind.

It wasn't much but it's the fact that I followed the steps involved (tracking info) and I got screwed out of the item and the cash.
