I sold an item in January of 2004. Sent the item with tracking. The person receiving it claimed they never received it. Tracking info showed that they received it.
They put a complaint to Paypal. I provided tracking details. Their CC company charged it back somehow.
Paypal claims that they can't do much when a chargeback is involved. They told me they would fight my case because I provided the tracking info and said it would take up to 3 months.
9 months later, Paypal won't answer me plus they locked my account.
