As far as I knew Lensman, I sought out all designers and made amends with them - Amp included. If he's changed his mind from way back when and wants me to pay this Duane's debt that's OK, all he has to do is ask. Lynching me first before talking to me for something I so obviously tried to correct a long time ago just makes me wonder if there is some other agenda involved here.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Here's the extent of my ethics, Lens:

I bought that stuff and got screwed. Nonetheless, when I bought it I paid cash and gave 12 months of trade in hosting too. Even after finding out that I got screwed, I held my end of the bargain with hosting as agreed upon. I also made efforts and found and subsequently spoke to the different designers, none of which considered Duane's debt to be transcended to me and all of the understood that I was going to use the sites eventually.

Like I've said above, if Amp now would like me to pay him for any of the work that Duane didn't pay him for OK - just let me know man. It was always that simple.

There are few people in this industry who can match Brad Mitchell in his level of integrity and professionalism.
I'm quite confident that when Amp responds to Brad's repeated offers to communicate; things will be resolved to the satisfation of both parties.
It's a crappy situation all around, and neither position is an enviable one. The only solution though is for both sides to agree to work it out, rather than the current lynching that's happening here tonight.
