Brad bought these sites and members areas from Duane aka "pensfan" aka "BuckNaked", at a rock bottom price, since Duane was in "haul my scammin' worthless ass outta here" mode. And Duane got the profit and ran. I saw fuckall.

But to also be fair on my end, I did a whole lotta work for nothing. Granted, if you're buying something, you would expect the seller to have the right to sell it.... but that's not always the case, and it's wise to be prudent in your research prior to sending someone a check for something they don't own.

I own half your program Brad.

Amp, what was your business relationship with duane? partnership? broker? what?
if you had ANY type of business relationship with him than Brad owes you nothing. Zero. Go sue your business partner for your share of the profits.
If the work was stolen by duane, a person you had no business relationship with, then Brad should take down the designs and go after duane.

So which is it?

Starting to look more like an effort to discredit your program. Might be worth sending traffic to then! :Graucho

I think we should wrap this one up.

In summary:

Pensfan, aka Buck Naked hired Amp and some other designers to do sites for him, Amp and most likely the other designers never got paid. That's old news, it's been on this board for long time.

Their contract, whether written or a handshake, is "you design it, I pay for it, then I own it". Well if it's not paid for, then the person who ordered it doesn't own it.

Afterwards, Pensfan sold the sites to Brad SinEmpire, and later Brad discovered that at least part of them were not Pensfan's to sell. There is an old thred on this. He had conversations with Amp, and this is where Amp and Brad disagree about what happened. Brad say Amp didn't want to be paid, Amp disagrees.

I was discussing designs with Amp, and he told me that he didn't get paid for some of the work that SinEmpire is now using. I was outraged, and started this thread. There is nothing wrong with asking someone on GFY if they are going to "do the right thing"?

The good news is that Brad now agrees to pay Amp for his designs. Amp will email him a bill.

Brad agrees to do the right thing.

I started this thread, now it is time to end it. I think Brad should have the last word, but nothing but the primary parties have anything to add at this point. I am locking this thread, dragging on overnight is enough. If Brad wants the final word, I will unlock it for him.
