So I emailed them twice, finally got a reply just now. WTF is this? MY CARD IS NOT WORKING!

Absolutely no fucking info. I will have immediate access? WHEN?? I got the email, tried my card, it doesn't fucking work.

I think this is absolute bullshit. I've seen people get their money though, so there is hope, but what the hell is this? I figured I would have to authorize something else and that is why my card didn't work, but apparently not. What the hell?

Does anyone have any info on what they mean? Obviously they don't know when my card will work, or why it doesn't. Or they're not saying... GRRRR frustrating.

You have to call them. emailing them will do nothing, as you've seen.

If you don't get an answer the first time, call back again and say you are an American looking to open an account with $xxx,xxx and want to speak to a branch manager... then ask them about your epass card

I thought this happened to me, because the ATM I usually used was throwing my card out every time I tried over the past few days. I tried one from a different branch today and it worked. Strange

They didn't ask for any documents. My card hasn't worked, but I saw some people post that theirs did so I figured I probably did have to provide docs? So I emailed them to see.

You make it sound like you hadn't even tried the card and that this was the initial enquiry that people were told they could do.

If you tried the card and it didn't work, tell them that.

Is that all that one can currently get out of the ATM?

The exchange rate is once again fucking us European webmasters. And the clock is ticking!
Since the cards have been blocked, I already lost $200 just because of the exchange rate.

I got the exact email last night, went to the atm after i got the email and nothing, the card doesnt work. I waited the morning to try again and the same ... still not working

Last week they had some technical issues where cards that should have worked were not and they were working on that immediately. At least that's what we were told.

I was told my card with $4200 on there should work and no need for further due dilligence. Then I called them on Monday and they told me I had to send the due dilligence info into them.

Pissed me off, but I have it all sitting infront of me and am about to send it in. I'll follow it up with a call as well tomorrow.

the problem was that cards over 2k arent working and they promised us to put them in work after few days. however it looks that we will have send our DD documents too, not only the guys with 10k and more....
