And then I get this fucking canned response. I actually had to email them that twice, making sure to put "2nd Email" in the subject. I replied to them again though, so let's see what they say. I guess I need to call them. It isn't a ton of money, I just want to access it and be done with this crap. Maybe the customer service person is just stupid/lazy. Grr

You make it sound like you hadn't even tried the card and that this was the initial enquiry that people were told they could do.
If you tried the card and it didn't work, tell them that.
